Your larger company will have one or many electrician
employed to repair and maintain your equipment. When it come to electronic
maintenance they mostly remove and replace cards or modules. These card and
modules can be sent to us for repair and service. Many industries especially the
plastic industries do this.

We do not hold and electrical contractors license so we cant replace the heating
modules onsite but we can repair them.
Even if you employ contractors to repair your machines they can send them to us
or if you want to save some money you can send them. Keep them as spares for the
next service or have them reinstalled.
We have produced a master batch electronic control card that is retrofitted to
your master batch feed unit to monitor product. It will sense and switch off the
vacuum line after a programmed amount of time to save the master batch from
continuing to try to draw product when there is none. This saves power and
compressor time.
Contractors can send the card or PCB's for component level repairs which will
save money and time for your customers. Especially if replacement cards are
required from overseas.
